One of the things I’m really passionate about is healthy, yummy lunches for my kids. Master 3 won’t eat a sandwich and Miss 5 is a virtual fruit bat. Here’s a collection of lunches I have shared that I will continue to add to. I guess packing a lunch box is like packing a whole lot of love with your child…or that’s how I see it. That’s why I’ve put together this lunchbox gallery- to inspire you!
We use a variety of different lunchboxes, most of which you can check out in The Great Lunchbox Review.
At our preschool, lunches are stored in the fridge, so I don’t send in ice packs. The kids need to have their morning tea packed separately to their lunch as well. I choose not to send any litter in with lunches.
At school on the other hand, Miss 5 uses a cooler bag for her lunch bag, you can read about our favourites here. She needs to have crunch and sip for the morning in class, recess and also lunch. Sometimes she will take a thermos with her to school for a hot meal.
If you’re looking to make popcorn at home, there is a video of how to make it yourself on our facebook page.
The images on this page will be added to as we add more lunches to our repertoire! Fun lunches and seasonal lunches often have their own post like this bunny sushi or this love heart lunch. If you need ideas to make a lunchbox more exciting, these posts might work for you:
