Hi I’m from the UK and have just been shopping to try out 6 of your 20 ideas straight away – D is so fed up with sandwiches. Anyway to the point I can only buy leaf gelatine and I have no idea how that equates to powdered gelatin when making cloud jellies. Can you help so that my first attempt isn’t a disaster!!
Kylie says
Ok…so I’m not exactly sure of the leaf gelatin and how it compares but a quick search has told me that one tbsp is three sheets.
Rebecca says
Are all these bit baked/cooked then frozen and when defrosted they are just ready and safe to eat?
Kylie says
We bake them all, then pop them in the freezer, they either defrost in the lunchbox or overnight in the fridge before eating.

Yes! You can! The gelatin helps them to retain their form even when defrosted!
Meg Erbacher says
Do the cloud jellies melt when kept in the lunch box until morning tea/lunch time??
Kylie says
not in ours, but we use a good cooler bag and make sure everything goes in cold, with a good ice pack. 😉
