Ingredients

plain flour

teaspoon
baking powder

greek yoghurt
▢
¼

butter
melted
▢

large egg
room temp
▢

teaspoon
vanilla paste

teaspoon
cinnamon
▢

apples
peeled and grated (i used pink ladies)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 355F
Combine the flour and baking powder together in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Combine the butter, yoghurt, vanilla paste and egg in a jug and pour over the dry ingredients.
Combine quickly with a spatula, it doesn't have to be perfect!
Stir through the apple and cinnamon.
Spoon into the donut mould.
Bake at 180/355F degrees for 16 minutes
