Ingredients
Batter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Mix together the eggs, milk, self raising flour, vanilla and melted butter.
Split the batter evenly into 3.
Colour each of the batters.
Put a dollop of each batter into the cupcake holes.
Swirl to mix with a skewer.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool in the muffin pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
