Ingredients

popcorn- approx 75 grams when unpopped

roughly chopped

butter

mls rice malt syrup
Instructions
Combine the butter and rice malt syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until thick and frothy.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour over the hot butter and syrup mixture over the popcorn.
Work quickly to form tablespoons of the mixture into balls.
Insert cake pop sticks (or don't) and refrigerate until set - about 2 hours.
