Ingredients

cacao/cocoa

coconut oil
melted

rice malt syrup

soaked in 1 tablespoon water for 5 minutes
Glaze

white chocolate

teaspoon
coconut oil
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the balls in a food processor and blitz until well combined.
Take teaspoonfuls of the mixture and roll with wet hands into balls.
Set in the fridge for an hour.
Combine the glaze ingredients and melt for one minute in the microwave.
Stir well, then drizzle lightly over the balls.
Store in the fridge or freeze for longer term storage.
