Ingredients

yoghurt
▢

self raising flour
I tend to do one wholemeal, one white

grated cheese

cooked
shredded chicken

cup
mayonnaise
▢

cup
baby spinach
ripped up
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the yoghurt and flour to make a dough.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured chopping board.
Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, cheese and spinach in a bowl.
Cut the rectangle in half
Spoon half the filling down the edge of each piece of dough, roll into a sausage.
Cut into 16 scrolls.
Place on a baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
