Ingredients

plain flour

wholemeal flour

baking powder

grated carrot

cinnamon

panela sugar
or leave it out!

yoghurt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add in the carrot, mix well.
Then add the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
Fill 12 cupcake holes (either greased/lined/or silicone trays).
Bake for 18 minutes or until golden.
Cool on a wire rack.
