Ingredients

large apples
I used pink lady apples, peeled, core moved and diced

punnet strawberries
topped and halved

cup
apple juice
▢

teaspoon
vanilla paste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Combine the apples, strawberries, vanilla paste and juice in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Put a lid on it and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat or until soft.
Allow to cool 5 minutes.
Pour into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour onto the prepared oven tray and smooth out to the edges.
Cook at 120 degrees for 2 hours. Or until tacky, but not dried to a crisp (this depends on your fruit).
