Ingredients

quick oats

flaked quinoa

1 ⅔
cups
puffed rice
▢

cup
sunflower seeds
▢

cup
cacao nibs
▢
½
cup
dried blueberries
▢
¾
cup
coconut oil
▢
¾
cup
honey
▢

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
In a medium saucepan or a large microwave bowl, combine the coconut oil and the honey and heat with medium heat until bubbling.
Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Press into a 22cm square silicone baking dish.
Refrigerate until set- at least 4 hours.
Remove from the fridge and cut into bars.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze.
