Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and cook the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the basil leaves and tomatoes.
Add the passata and cook until the sauce starts to thicken (about 10 minutes)
Add the chicken basil and baby spinach and cook until heated through.
Serve with your favourite pasta.
