Ingredients

butter

plain flour

baking powder

vanilla

raw sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Add the butter, vanilla, flour, baking powder, sugar to the bowl of a food processor.
Blitz until you've got crumbs.
Add the egg and water blitz until a dough forms.
Wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Roll out until 4mm thick.
Cut into shapes and pop onto a lined tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes on 180 degrees.
Cool on a wire rack.
