Ingredients

strawberries
washed, topped

honey
▢

chia seeds
▢
juice of one small lemon
Instructions
Pop the strawberries into a the bowl with the chopping blade. Smoothie, 10 seconds.
Add the lemon juice, honey and chia seeds set at speed 4, temp: 100 degrees, burner intensity: 4 for 10 minutes.
Pour into a sterilised jar (I do this in the dishwasher on a hot cycle)..
When cold put in the fridge. The jam will thicken more in the fridge.
