Ingredients

Instructions
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Chicken slow cooker: 600 grams chicken breast, sliced into thick strips
Brown the chicken and cover with the marinade in the slow cooker for 5 hours on low
Chicken on the stove: brown the chicken, add the sauce and cook until sauce thicken over medium heat - approx 30 mins
Slow cooker lamb shanks: 4 lamb shanks, brown the shanks in a frypan on the stove then cover with the marinade and cook for 8 hours on low.
