Ingredients

smoked salmon
cut into slivers

handfuls of rocket

zest of one lemon
▢
juice of one lemon

heaped tablespoons of dill

pasta of your choice
spaghettini cooks in 5 minutes!
Instructions
Cook the pasta as per the cooking directions and reserve a cup of the water from cooking before draining.
Add the pasta back to the cooking pot with all of the other ingredients, stirring to combine.
Stir and serve!
