Combine the marinade ingredients in a jug and mix thoroughly.
Add to the lamb and marinate for at least 20 minutes (but up to overnight) in the fridge.
Bring the lamb out of the fridge at least ½ hour before cooking. (If you are only marinating for 20 minutes just do it on the bench.
Cook using your chosen method until they reach your preferred level of cooking. (I used the Ninja Foodi Grill- temp high- timing 10 minutes (5 per side).
