Apple and Raspberry Puff Pastry Pies are perfect for when you need a quick and easy, yet super delicious dessert. 6 ingredients, make them in the airfryer or the oven, no fruit stewing needed!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius, (395F). Or preheat an airfryer to 200 degrees celsius (395F)
Cut the defrosted pastry through the middle to halve it and then halve it the otherway, creating 4 squares.
Put it on a lined baking tray.
Put the raspberries, grated apple cinnamon and vanilla paste in a bowl and mix.
Divide evenly between the four pastry squares.
Grab two opposite corners and pinch together.
Grab the other two corners and pinch making a parcel.
Pinch all the edges together.
Brush with milk.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. They only take 10 minutes in the airfryer!
Serve immediately.
Notes
Apples: I used Granny Smith Apples, and they were sweet enough for us!Airfryer- these need to go into an airfryer in a single layer, which is fine for making only four. Double the recipe and you will need to do them in two batches.
