Ingredients

frozen cherries

chia seeds
▢

cup
coconut flour
▢

tablespoon
rice malt syrup
▢

desiccated coconut
▢
½
cup
cacao
▢
½
cup
desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
Soak the chia seeds in 1 tablespoon of water for 5 minutes.
Combine all of the ingredients except the final ½ cup of coconut in a blender or food processor.
Blitz until well combined.
Roll teaspoonfuls into balls and roll in the remaining coconut.
