Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Line a metal square 20cm cake tin or use a silicone one.
Place the butter, golden syrup and brown sugar in the metal bowl of the Magimix Cook Expert. Expert mode: Time 3 minutes, Speed 3 100 degrees celsius.
Add the bicarb and vanilla and do expert 10 secs, Speed 3, 0 degrees celsius.
Add the oats, cocoa, flour and coconut and Expert: 1 minute, Speed 3, 0 degrees celsius.
Pour into the tin and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
Allow to cool slightly.
Combine the cold water and sugar in the metal bowl and attach the whisk.
Expert mode: speed 7 for 5 minutes at 0 degrees.
Combine the gelatine and boiling water in a small bowl and whisk to dissolve.
Add the gelatine mix and vanilla to the sugar and water mix and expert: time 10 minutes, speed 7. Or until thick and glossy.
Pour over the slice and sprinkle with the sprinkles set in the fridge for 4 hours.
