Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Combine the butter and sugar together until well mixed.
Add the vanilla and eggs and combine well.
Add the flour and mix well to combine.
Add the choc chips and pistachios and combine well.
Push into a 30 cm square pan.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25. Test with a skewer, it should not be completely clean.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
