Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. (355F), 200 conventional.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
55 grams cornflakes, 115 grams desiccated coconut, ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Melt together the butter and honey and sugar.
125 grams butter, 175 grams honey, 50 grams brown sugar
Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Press into a lined lamington tin and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes
Remove from the oven and cool completely.
Refrigerate before cutting until cold. The butter needs to seize to keep the slice together, or it will fall apart during cutting.
Cut through the middle and then into 20 bars.
Store in the fridge.

This slice will fall apart if cut warm. Completely cool in the fridge before cutting. The butter will seize and it will hold together.update: I have added brown sugar to the recipe. It is optional and still works without it.
