Ingredients

cup
shredded coconut + ½ cup for dusting
▢

cup
dried apricots
▢
¼
cup
coconut cream
▢

tbsps
honey
▢

tablespoon
coconut oil
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil and the honey- I do it in the microwave they take about 15 seconds each.
Combine all ingredients into the food processor.
Blitz until well combined.
Press into a loaf pan and dust with extra coconut.
Refrigerate for an hour or until firm.
Cut into bars.
Notes
Freezer friendly- just freeze after slicing.
