Ingredients

oil of your choice

rashers bacon
finely chopped

sticks celery chopped
▢

carrot
diced
▢

red capsicum
diced

½
head cauliflower
chopped into florets

cabbage
finely chopped

spring onions
finely chopped

cups
cooked brown rice

kecap manis
▢

sweet chilli sauce

hard boiled eggs

Instructions
Heat the oil in a large wok or frypan.
Fry the bacon with the capsicum and celery for 2-3 minutes.
Add all the other veggies and the rice.
Add the kecap manis and the sweet chilli sauce and mix well, making sure everything is heated through.
Remove from the heat and put into lunchboxes and chill.
Top with hard boiled eggs!
