Amazing Food Processor Apple Cake
This amazing whole apple food processor cake uses unpeeled apples for extra flavour and contains no extra added sugar. Perfect for the lunchbox, and freezer friendly.

Ingredients

natural yoghurt

ground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Chop the apples so the food processor will be able to process them
Dump into the food processor and blitz for approx 40 seconds. We don't want puree- check out image 2 in the post
Add the eggs, yoghurt, butter to the food processor. Process for 15 seconds. Check out the consistency in image 4
Add the flour and cinnamon, process until smooth (image 5)
Pour into a lined slice pan (27cm x 17.5cm x 3.5cm) and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees celsius
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
This cake is freezer friendly. Slice and then freeze on a tray before transferring to a container or freezer bags.
