Combine the mince, grated veggies and onion in a large bowl.
Add the oregano, tomato paste and smoked paprika.
Mix well.
Add ⅓ of the mixture to one sheet of pastry.
Roll up and then cut into 6 rounds (repeat for the remaining sheets and mince).
Place on a lined baking tray and brush with milk.
Bake at 200 degrees celsius (392F) for 20 minutes or until golden
Notes
Freeze before brushing with milk on a tray. Cook from frozen adding 5-10 minutes to the cook time.If they aren't crispy underneath- flip after cooking and pop them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
