These delicious chicken and vegetable sausage rolls are perfect for your next party. Packed with veggies and absolutely delicious, they are ready to eat in under hald an hour! Make them in the oven or an airfryer.
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 220 DEGREES CELSIUS FANFORCED.
Grate the zucchini.
Add the zucchini, corn, mince, paprika, egg and cheese to a large bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture between the four sheets of pastry.
Wrap the pastry tightly around the mixture and roll to the end.
Cut into rounds.
Place on a lined baking tray and brush with milk.
Bake at 220 degrees celsius fan forced for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Makes 32 sausage rolls.To freeze: after rolling and cutting up, place on a baking tray and freeze until solid.OVEN NOTES:I use fan forced oven at 220 degrees celsius. If your oven is not fanforced you will need to preheat to 240 degrees celsius.Airfryer cooking:I preheated my airfryer to 220 degrees celsius. And cooked for 10 minutes.
