Ingredients

agnolotti
spinach and cheese

eggs

cups
plain flour

panko crumbs
▢

olive oil
I use a spray bottle
Instructions
Whisk the eggs together with ¾ cup water.
Coat the pasta in egg mix, dipping each piece.
Coat the wet pasta in the flour.
Coat the floured pasta in the egg again.
Coat the pasta in panko crumbs.
Add to the air fryer basket and heat to 200 degrees celsius. Do this in batches so they don't all stick to each other.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, shaking frequently. Timing depends greatly on your air fryer.
Notes
These are best eaten straight away but are also ok to refrigerate and either rewarm later or eat cold.
