Ingredients

brussels sprouts
washed, halved

rashers bacon
cut into thin strips

leeks
thinly sliced

butter
Instructions
Heat ½ the butter in your frypan over medium heat.
Add the bacon and leeks and cook until soft.
Meanwhile, steam, microwave or boil your brussels sprouts for 3 minutes, until just tender.
Add the cooked brussels sprouts to the pan and add the rest of the butter.
Cook until golden- I would caramelise them normally but we are currently not eating "burnt" food. LOL
