Ingredients

Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Pull apart the prosciutto slices to make 3-4 pieces per slice.
Fry the prosciutto for 2-3 minutes each side then drain on kitchen towel.
It will crisp more when removed from the pan.
