Ingredients

of little gem lettuce

small tin of tuna in springwater
▢

mayonnaise

carrot ribbons

snow pea sprouts

chia seeds
Instructions
Mix the tuna and mayonnaise.
Pour the chia seeds onto the chopping board.
Cut the crusts from the bread and roll out thinly on top of the chia seeds with a rolling pin.
Top with lettuce, carrots, then the tuna mix.
Add the snow peas then roll up.
Secure with toothpicks or cute food picks before chopping into rounds.
(the tuna mix will do 4 slices of bread, but the mix keeps well in a sealed container for the next day).
