Ingredients

lamb mince

tbsps
chopped parsley

grated zucchini
squeeze out the water

grated carrots

olive oil for frying

I used the 10cm ones- soaked in water for ½ hour
Instructions
Mix the lamb, parsley, zucchini and carrots in a bowl.
Add the egg.
Form the mince mixture into sausage shaped and mold around the skewers.
Add 2 tbsps of olive oil to a medium/hot frypan and fry the skewers until cooked through- about 5 minutes per side.
