2cupswhite self raising flourIf you don't have any- do 2 cups plain and 4 tsps baking powder
2tspsvanilla paste
¾cupbrown sugar
¾cupdark choc chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together then stir through the choc chips.
Put into silicone or lined metal mini muffin trays.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool in the trays for 15 minutes, then carefully turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.

Storage:Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 7 daysFreeze:On tray and then transfer to a container for up to 3 months.No self-raising flour?Use plain and 4 tsps of baking powder.
