1tablespoonchia seedssoaked in 2 tbsps water
1tablespoonflax seedssoaked in 2 tbsps water
desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
Soak the chia seeds and flax seeds in water for 5 minutes.
Add the mango, oats, coconut and soaked seeds to the bowl of a food processor.
Blitz until well combined.
Roll into balls (it is a moist mixture).
Roll in the coconut. Refrigerate to set.
Can be frozen.

Storage: These bliss balls can be kept in the fridge for 3 days in an airtight container or frozen for up to three months.Perfect size balls: Use a dessert spoon to make the bliss balls the perfect size.Not sticking together? Try adding some more oats or coconut and blitzing quickly again. It can sometimes happen depending on how ripe your mango is.
