Ingredients

cup
grated cheese

finely sliced ham
▢

handfuls baby spinach
roughly chopped
▢

zucchini grated
▢
¾
cup
besan
chickpea/gram flour
▢
½
teaspoon
mixed herbs
▢
olive oil for frying
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except the olive oil.
Heat a fry pan over medium heat.
Add tablespoonfuls of the mixture to the pan one at a time, flattening when you add them.
You can probably fit 4 in the pan at once.
Flip when you can see the edges browning- about 4 minutes.
Cook for 4 minutes on the other side.
Drain on paper towel.
