Ingredients

Greek yoghurt
▢

cups
self raising flour
▢

tbsps
olive oil
▢

tbsps
mixed herbs
▢

cup
grated cheese
▢

egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Combine the yoghurt, self raising flour and olive oil in a
large bowl.
Mix to combine.
Pour onto a chopping board and knead until a dough is
formed.
Add the herbs and cheese and mix well.
Divide into 12 small balls and roll.
Put the balls into a non stick loaf pan.
Whisk the egg.
Brush the tops with egg.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
Notes
freezer friendly.
Substitutions: No oil? Use melted butter.
No self raising flour?
1 cup plain flour plus 2 tsps baking powder
No mixed herbs? Use whatever herbs you’ve got
