Ingredients

ripe avocado

eggs

water

cocoa powder

self-raising flour

teaspoon
vanilla extract

sugar
▢

cup
chocolate chips of your choosing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Place all ingredients excluding the chocolate chips into the bowl of a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and stir through.
Add to a 12 pan silicone muffin pan or line a normal one.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool in the pan then turn out onto a wire rack.
Notes
Store in the fridge.
Freeze on a tray until solid. Then put in containers.
