Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius fanforced / 180 not fan forced (355F).
Space the biscuits around the base of your lined slice tray.
Fill the gaps by breaking up some of the biscuits. It doesn't have to be perfect!
Whisk together the coconut, passionfruit pulp, pineapple juice and sweetened condensed milk.
Pour over the biscuit base.
Bake at 160 degrees celsius (fanforced), or 180 without a fan (355f) for 20 minutes, or until the top has set and is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Slice into squares and eat!
