Ingredients

greek yoghurt

self raising flour

tablespoon
olive oil

fresh parsley, chopped

garlic

butter
Instructions
Add the yoghurt and flour to a large bowl. Mix well.
Add the olive oil, mix well.
Turn out onto your work surface and mix until a dough is formed.
Divide into 16 balls.
Roll into long snakes, then tie into knots.
Cook in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. (355f)
Combine the melted butter, parsley and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
Brush over the knots, and return to the airfryer, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Remove, and brush with any extra garlic mix.
