Ingredients

olive oil

of eggplant

zucchini
grated
▢

veal steaks
▢

basil leaves
▢

large Bocconcini
sliced

jar Heinz® Tomato & Spicy Capsicum Pasta Sauce
Instructions
Heat the oil in the frypan over medium heat.
Add the eggplant slices and cook until golden brown. Remove.
Fry the veal until golden on one side.
Place a dollop of the sauce in the bottom of the pan.
Place the veal steaks in the pan.
Top with the basil leaves.
Add the grated zucchini, then the fried eggplant.
Top with the bocconcini.
Add the rest of the sauce to the pan, around the veal.
Cover and cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
