Ingredients

large potatoes
peeled and cooked until mashable
▢

heaped tbsps sour cream
▢

chopped chives
▢

grated hard cheese

olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Mash the potatoes and combine with the cheese, sour cream and chives.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls into balls.
Place on a lightly oiled oven tray (I used a silpat liner).
Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy on the edges.
