Ingredients

rice bubbles

desiccated coconut

butter

marshmallows

Instructions
Melt the butter and marshmallows together on the stove over
medium heat.
Combine the coconut and rice bubbles in a large bowl.
Add food colouring to the marshmallow mix to colour.
Pour the marshmallow mixture into the rice bubbles and mix well.
Fill the muffin tray with the sticky rice bubble mixture.
Top with sprinkles and add monster eyes.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until solid, then using the edge
of a silicone spatula release them from the muffin pan and serve.
Notes
Keep in the fridge until serving, can be frozen.
