Ingredients
▢
1
cup
corn kernels- plus 3 kernels
▢
6
tbsps
coconut oil
Instructions
Add the coconut oil to a large saucepan (I use a pasta pot)
Add the three kernels to the oil and put the lid on.
Turn the heat up to medium-high. 6-7 on my induction stove.
The oil will melt. Wait until the three kernels pop, then remove them.
Pour in the cup of kernels and wait 40 seconds.
When they start popping keep watch!
Shake the pan every 30 seconds for 10 seconds to ensure the popcorn doesn't burn.
When the popping subsides, remove from the heat and keep the lid off the pan.
The popcorn is now ready to eat!
