Ingredients

onion
diced

olive oil

pasta of your choice

tin cherry tomatoes with juice
▢

chicken stock
▢
2-4
sausages
leftovers! already cooked

head of broccoli
cut into florets

carrots

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and cook until soft- 1-2 minutes.
Add the pasta, chicken stock and the tin of tomatoes.
Put a lid on the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Slice the sausages and add to the pan.
Cook 5 minutes more.
Add the broccoli and grated carrot, cook for 5 minutes.
Serve. Top with your favourite cheese and enjoy!
